Newsletter for November 25th

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

As the holiday season quickly approaches, I pray that everyone has an opportunity to spend time with family and friends, and forget about the other stresses that life may present. This is a time to give thanks for everything we have, and there is nothing more valuable then our faith, family, and friends. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Monday morning, the newest members to the Delphos St. John’s Hall of Fame will be speaking with the Junior High/High School Student Body. Sharing their message of hard-work, difficultly, and success. This is a great opportunity for our students to listen to just a few of the triumphant stories that have resulted from start at St. John’s. It is an honor to congratulate, the Sisters of Notre Dame, Mr. John Gunder, Dr. William Lauf, and Sue Hohenbrink. And a special thank you to our Hall of Fame Committee for all of their dedication to keeping the tradition alive at St. John’s.

Money Stall for the Delphos Community Christmas Project
Student Council is sponsoring a Period/Money Stall to benefit the Delphos Community Christmas Project. If students bring in a dollar donation for the assigned class period each day over the next two weeks, that class period will be stalled, but more importantly we will be able to help families of Delphos that are less fortunate this Christmas Season. Grades 7 through 12 will be participating, if you can donate it would be appreciated.
