April 17th Newsletter

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

This week the Seniors and Juniors were able to participate in their retreats. The Seniors on Tuesday visiting the various denominational churches in our area, everyone from the Eastern Orthodox to the Mennonite Churches. While the Juniors celebrated their class retreat at the K of C on Wednesday.

The reports back are absolutely outstanding, and I as well as the entire staff are so proud of your student(s) that words cannot describe how amazing it is to be a part of St. John’s Family. Your son or daughter did an amazing job in participating in the retreats, representing St. John’s and themselves. The questions asked were inquisitive and genuine, while the testimonials were heartfelt and moving. This is truly what makes St. John’s and our students’ special.

A few of the things that are happening here in the future are outlined in the newsletter below. Including, Bible Study, Junior Parent Information, Scholarship/Tuition Assistance Opportunity, and Prom Information If any of these interest you and I hope they do, please keep reading for more information.

Prom Information
Attached below are the Guidelines that we will be instituting for this year’s Prom, hosted at St. John’s High School. Please take an opportunity to look them over and help support our position of creating an atmosphere that lives up to the Catholic Values and Beliefs we try to instill in our students on a daily basis. If you have any questions regarding the Policy please let me know. These will also be going home with your son or daughter’s grade card if they are a Junior or Senior.

Good luck to all the St. John Students, that are competing this weekend in one way or another, bring home a win, as we are, Blue Jays.

Have a wonderful weekend.
