Dear Parent(s)/Guardians(s) and Students:
As we begin to bring a close to the 2015-16 School Year, we want to recognize our Seniors and all they have done our Parish, School, and Students. They have been a great example for the Underclassmen of how a class can come together and support one another, in order to accomplish their goals. The Seniors were able to celebrate some of their last moments together this past week, at their Senior Retreat, Graduation Practice, and Senior Awards. Sunday will mark the last time they are all together as a class. When graduation concludes each of them will begin to go their separate ways and begin a new chapter in their lives. We wish each and every one of them the best as they continue on their journey through life, but want them to remember that once a Blur Jay, always a Blue Jay. Should they need anything we are here for them. Congratulations Class of 2016.
For the Underclassmen though they will still have three days of school remaining. Those days will consist of their Finals, with Thursday marked as our 8th Grade Promotion, Underclass Awards, and last day of school, with a 1:30 dismissal.

Important 2016-17 Tuition Information
If you have not submitted any application for a Scholarship for the 2016-17 school year, please do so as soon as possible. The Parish/Community Member Scholarship Application is attached below. All families who have submitted a Parish or Community Member Scholarship so far have received an Award Letter and Tuition Worksheet from the Parish Office. Many families still need to submit their Tuition Worksheet, to select your payment plan and to accept your award. Once you return this information you will then receive a Tuition Statement from SMART Tuition showing your Tuition Bill for the 2016-17 school year.
If you have questions about what you need to submit, please call the Parish Ministry Center, 419-695-4050, the Elementary School Office, 419-692-8561, or the Junior High/High School Office, 419-692-5371, and we will be glad to assist you. Thank you for helping us keep the cost of Catholic Education an excellent value at St. John’s.
Attached below are the instructions for our new tuition assistance process, above and beyond the Parish and Community Scholarship that you have already applied for. We have moved from Private School Aid Services to the Smart Aid Program. Smart Aid ties directly into our Smart Tuition Program. We ask that all requests be submitted by June 30. If you have any question, please contact Ted Hanf at the Ministry Center.
