Dear Parent(s)/Guardians(s) and Students:
The beginning of Lent kicked-offed last week with Ash Wednesday. As we continue with Lent we will be participating in our Lenten Penance Service this Thursday, while working to make the time for prayer and sacrifices as a school, student body, and faculty throughout this time. To build and strengthen our relationship with Christ. Thank you again for your support of our Catholic School and the ability to move beyond the classroom and academics, in offering an education unique for our students.
We hope that all of you have a productive and meaningful week ahead and if there is anything you need from us here at St. John’s, please let us know.

We need your help. In cooperation with the Optimists and the Kiwanis, Mrs. May’s Fourth Grade students are collecting bottle caps and other items for benches to be put at the splash pad. The benches are made from recycled plastic caps.
The fourth graders have been collecting plastic caps for two years. However, in order for this to be successful by the time summer rolls around, we need more plastic caps. Caps can be turned into the Elementary Office, Mrs. May’s Classroom, or through any fourth-grade student.
More information is attached below.
Attached below are the Guidelines that we will be instituting for this year’s Prom, hosted at St. John’s High School. These guidelines must be looked over and followed to help support our position of creating an atmosphere that lives up to the Catholic Values and Beliefs we try to instill in our students on a daily basis. If you have any questions regarding the Policy, please let me know.
Reminder – All Dresses must be submitted for approval, to gain access to Prom. Please refer to the guidelines on how to complete this process.
It can feel good to be looked at, but remember do they really see the true you. In dressing modest young women can be known for who they are and not what they wear. Humility is the sentiment and modesty is how we live our lives so that God can bless us.
The Delphos St. John’s Yearbook is available for sale! This year’s theme is jOURney! The price is currently $58.00 and will remain at $58.00 until March 2nd. At that time the price will increase to the final price of $65.00. Order early to save! The yearbook staff is working hard to capture the journey of all students. Your son or daughter’s selfie won’t be around in 30 years, but their yearbook will!
