Dear Parent(s)/Guardians(s) and Students:
With the year continuing to wind down and a number of events taking place from now until the end of the year, please do not hesitate to call/email/stop by if you have any questions about anything. We want to ensure we are ending the year on a positive and productive note.
We have wrapped up State Testing requirements, in the form of End of Course Exams, and are looking forward to seeing the scores and sharing them with our students and families. Our students have consistently scored well and surpassed expectations on such State Tests, and we expect no different.
A big thank you to Mrs. Closson and Mrs. Recker for leading our 7th Grade Students on their Leadership Retreat in Toledo. It was an opportunity for our 7th graders to work with students from other schools and develop their leadership skills, which we hope will continue to develop as they move through 8th grade and High School.
A few of the items below include the Weekly Calendar and Schedule Reminders, Touching Safety Program, Bingo Help, New Student Organization, and Yearbook Orders.

New Student Organization
We are in the beginning stages of adding a new organization for our students to take part, the Future Business Leaders of America. Below is an attachment providing details about the group.
If you have any questions please let us know. We look forward to developing this organization and giving our students another opportunity to become involved in something they love and our community.
Touching Safety Program
A new requirement that has been placed upon all schools within the Diocese is the Touching Safety Program, developed by Virtus (virtusonline.org). This requirement is an effort to help students in grades K to 12 develop the tools necessary to overcome the advances of someone who intends to harm them.
An overview of the lesson is attached below. With the program comes the opportunity for families to opt out if they so wish. Attached as well is a Parent Opt Out Form with more details.
Should you have any questions please let us know.
